Ben Delkoski

Founder/President

Ben was inspired to bring myTEAM TRIUMPH to the Twin Cities after witnessing the program first hand at a Triathlon in June 2014.  Bringing a chapter to Minnesota offered him the unique opportunity to bring together his passion for endurance athletics and desire to help others achieve their goals.  He is a native Minnesotan who, when not training, loves to spend time on the lakes fishing or on the golf course.  He is dedicated to the growth and future success of myTEAM TRIUMPH-Twin Cities.

Stephanie Delkoski

Volunteer Coordinator

As volunteer coordinator, Stephanie Pott most enjoys building relationships with the volunteers and captains. Outside of mTT, she works as a women’s health nurse practitioner and is a professor at the University of Minnesota. Stephanie enjoys being outdoors – in the sun or cold – doing just about every outdoor activity and greatly values time with her family.

Matthew Job

VP Fundraising

Matt first came across myTeam Triumph while reading a blog post and knew instantly that he had to get involved. Initially, he was excited at the prospect of experiencing endurance athletics as a team sport, however, Matt’s favorite aspect has quickly turned into the friendships he’s made with both the Angels and their families.  An avid runner, Matt enjoys Race Day just as much as he enjoys helping with the organization’s fundraising efforts.

Jim Morrell

Treasurer

Jim joined myTEAM TRIUMPH in 2018 after retiring from a career in the finance industry. His knowledge of finance, combined with his love of running, as well as the rewards of helping others, make myTEAM TRIUMPH the perfect fit for his skill set and interests. In his free time, Jim enjoys golfing, wintering in Florida and spending time with his wife Amy, his children and their 9 grandchildren, who all reside in the Twin Cities area.

Steve Pratt

VP Communications

Steve is a 15 year resident to Minneapolis coming from our NW neighbor, North Dakota.  He was an early supporter of My Team Triumph participating and helping out on event day, at training runs and has run a couple races with our Captains.  Being a frequent runner, biker and swimmer the organization aligned well to his hobbies, but more importantly, to his values of inclusivity of those with disabilities in every day life. Steve is excited to take an expanded roll and will be the communications lead within the organization.  Any free time outside of work is typically spent with his wife Gracia and two daughters.

Sara Bakken

Event Coordinator

Sara is a Director of Product Safety and Quality Assurance for Target Corporation. She’s married to her husband, Dan and chases after two small children. While running has never been a passion, cheering and supporting those who are undertaking physical endeavors is! She has been an active member of the broader mTT-Minnesota support group and now has to opportunity to officially support the organization as the Events Coordinator. She hopes to see the Minnesota chapter continue to grow through connecting people at the amazing races and events.
